Public Service Poster

Final Design

I took one last look at the design and decided to first remove the outlines from the tree and bush, then I decided to keep the outlines on the shrubbery and add outlines to the people, text and water to unify the overall theme.

My Response:
I made the bush bigger and stretched the tree so it was taller.  I think it helped with the hierarchy.  I agree that the green felt like a lot of open space.  I decided to add a texture so it didn't feel so flat.  I chose a 60's flower power pattern that added some motion and played on the 'going green' theme.

Ingemar's Critique:
I really love this one, very catchy phrase, like the foreshadowing on the icons, font fits with message and in a cheeky kind of way. I really can’t say too much fixing about this one other than maybe try and close up a lot of open space, like at the bottom and maybe making the “bush” icon a little bit bigger? But that’s being really critical and might not look that well. Really enjoyed this one!
